Chat feature

Our Site offers a chat feature to help answer questions and route inquiries. Messages you send through chat are processed by an automation service and a third-party AI provider to generate responses. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, protected health information, or confidential operational data into the chat. For anything sensitive, contact us directly by email.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry and chat information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and maintain ordinary business records, and as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information (see "Your choices" below).

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

US-focused service

Transit Automations serves transportation providers in the United States, and the Site is intended for users in the United States. We do not target our services to individuals outside the US. If you are contacting us from outside the US, please be aware that our business is currently US-focused.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our business and practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
