From Transit AI Idea to Working Solution

People keep asking me for the Transit Automations elevator speech. Here's my best shot. If you run a paratransit, dial-a-ride, or NEMT operation, I'm the guy to bounce your AI ideas off of. You already know your business, and you probably already suspect how AI could solve some specific problem in it. That instinct is usually right. What's often missing is the part between the idea and the something that actually runs in your operation. That's the gap I fill. Bring me the abstract idea and I'll turn it into a plan built around your operation and its constraints.
